When you search for a job people might ask you what you envision as a good supervisor. I would always be inclined to say that a good supervisor is the same as a parent, in that their primary directive is to create an individual who can stand on their own two feet through whatever, essentially working at making themselves unnecessary.

Another thing that is important is to empower people and provide them with everything they need to do their job well and how many people can say that their team leader bought them an entire software suite to improve their work? Like, seriously guys, you mad.

So shout out to Christopher and all the dudes at thriongame.com with deepest gratitude and a solemn promise to do my best for the future of Thrion.
